Dance Business Bootcamp
Virtual Programming | Summer 2024

Dance Business Bootcamp is a practical, business skill-building workshop for independent artists, choreographers, and dance groups with budgets below $200,000. Participants gain strategic and relevant management tools for starting, leading, and maintaining small dance businesses.  

Dance/USA Institute for Leadership Training
Special Initiative | Early 2024 

Dance/USA’s Institute for Leadership Training (DILT) is a national one-on-one mentorship program that supports a diverse cohort of early career dance leaders who are paired with established mentors. The program has a specific focus on supporting BIPOC individuals, mixed-ability artists, and individuals from a diversity of gender identities.

The Dance Forum, a pre-Conference convening that takes place before the start of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) Conference, brings together dance industry professionals to discuss immediate, field-wide issues and is a valued opportunity to connect with colleagues.
